Do clients hire specialists directly or through Helix WF?

Our clients contract Helix directly through a service agreement, we then assign one or multiple specialists to work and interact directly with the client as part of their team. Depending on the commitment time, some specialists might work for multiple clients at the same time.

Can a client hire a specialist directly without involving Helix?

At Helix we pride ourselves with searching and training top talent to offer to our clients. We are not a placing agency, so it is not in our business model to have our specialists hired directly by our clients. To limit this scenario we include a non-poaching clause in our agreements with clients.

How does the billing and payment cycle work with Helix?

Helix guarantees the work and productivity of its specialists, so we do not bill retainers nor hours up front. Helix provides a weekly time sheet report with task logs and evidence for all entries, and then bills for the time delivered.
